Of course, at GLOBAL we take pride in all our products, crafted from the highest quality steels with famous black dimpled handles. But there is one knife in particularly that stands out from the rest – the G-2!

Designed for everyday cooking tasks, this knife is the ultimate companion in the kitchen. It features a thin blade, at just 2mm, with an ultra-sharp 15° straight edge angle, synonymous with not only GLOBAL knives, but all traditional Japanese knives.

The all over lightweight Cromova 18 stainless steel construction makes it easier to handle than most Western chef’s knives whilst also maintaining overall corrosion resistance and durability. It also ensures that sharpening your knives is a breeze, but you won’t need to worry about that for a while as all GLOBAL blades boast an impressive edge retention – just remember to avoid putting them in the dishwasher!

Despite being one of the longer GLOBAL blades, at 20cm, the accuracy of your food prep remains clean and precise.
