This Global Y shaped 3 way peeler is a premium Japanese kitchen tool designed to make everyday food preparation quick and effortless. Featuring three interchangeable 5cm stainless steel blades, to give you total flexibility. Switch between the straight edge blade for standard peeling, serrated blade for soft-skinned fruit and vegetables and the julienne blade for creating decorative strips and garnishes. If the blades become dull, you can also buy replacement blades so you're never without that GLOBAL ultra sharp edge.
