What is the G-58 Cook's Knife?
The G-58 is a 16cm Japanese Chef's Knife. This blade is slightly shorter than the standard 20cm G-2 but with the same larger G Series handle for more control.

For home use we recommend anything from the 20cm G-2 or 18cm G-55 downwards. These knives are suitable for most users, offering the best versatility for slicing, dicing and chopping.

For more intricate tasks and smaller hands, opt for smaller blades like the 16cm G-58 or 13cm GS-3.
