The GLOBAL GS-27 Flexible Fanned Slotted Turner is a professional grade kitchen utensil designed for lifting, turning and serving delicate food with precision. It's the largest in our GLOBAL spatula range, with a slanted edge to easily section slices and push away grease.  Manufactured in Japan from high quality stainless steel, the flexible slotted blade easily slides beneath fish fillets, eggs, pancakes and other fragile ingredients while allowing excess oils and liquids to drain away.
